I couldn’t resist having an impromptu photo shoot with Ellinor yesterday, her hair was just too adorable.

I’ve been playing around with a new look for the blog. You may have noticed the new logo tags and larger images already! After some feedback from a fabulous group of photographers, I decided to make the blog a little more user-friendly by adding a search feature, category drop down, and contact form at the top of the page. You will also find a link to become a “Fan” of Perspectives Photography on Facebook and a link back to my online portfolio.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the new look. Leave a comment, e-mail me or use the contact form above!
What an exciting time to be Ellinor’s mother! My little girl is not only sitting up like a champ but is also starting to move under her own power! It’s amazing to see her observe the world around her and figure out how things work.

Pulling at the grass (and then trying to eat it) is the best!

Taking a little ride with Pepere and Hannah…

Here I am in front of the camera for once! Thanks to Caycie for taking this lovely shot

A few from home…

Here we’re looking at Daddy!

Checking out those new teeth…

On Saturday Becky and Joe were married in Plymouth, Mass. It was a beautiful day for a wedding! It was wonderful to see their family and friends coming together to celebrate as they begin their new life together. There are so many amazing shots from this wedding, here are just a few of my favorites…

Recently, I met with Maygan and Matt at the Boston Public Garden for their engagement session. Their wedding reception will be at the Four Seasons, right across from the Garden and we hope to go back on their wedding day! We had a nice time first walking around the park and then venturing up Comm Ave. Here are a few highlights from their session…

On Sunday, I photographed Jessica and Matt’s wedding at the Wequassett Inn on Cape Cod. The plan was to have an outdoor ceremony overlooking the ocean. The rain that was threatening held off and just as the ceremony finished, the sun came out to celebrate with them! I have so many favorite images from this wedding, here are just a few of them…

We have a brand new look to the blog to showcase the second half of Marlene and Andrew’s beautiful wedding!
There were so many gorgeous details…

This was just after the ceremony as they were filling out the marriage licence

Over the long weekend I met with Sean and his parents for a three month portrait session. Sean seemed to enjoy being in front of the camera, smiling at Mommy and Daddy and eating his hands! He is such an expressive baby, I loved the faces he kept making at me. Here are a few highlights from his shoot…

This is for the dust jacket of his first novel…

Belly laugh!

Smiling at Mommy and Daddy!

The many faces of Sean…

Thanks for being such a great model, Sean! I can’t wait to see you at 6 months!! You’re going to be soo much bigger
On Saturday, we began the wedding season with Marlene and Andrew’s wedding. Everything took place at the Bedford Inn in New Hampshire. The weather cleared up during the morning which meant their ceremony took place in the Inn’s beautiful garden. There are so many amazing images from this wedding that I can’t share them all in one post! Here are some getting ready and ceremony shots, I’ll be posting images from the reception soon!
