Recently, I met with Wendy and Tim for their engagement session. We met at Ned’s Point in Mattapoisett, which was one of my favorite spots as a child! I’ve always loved lighthouses so it was fun to be able to incorporate one into their session. After shooting by the water, we went over to the Seahorse, also in Mattapoisett and another memorable landmark from my childhood. We had such a great time with their session! Wendy and Tim were naturals in front of the camera and I am already so excited about their wedding next June! Here are a few highlights from their session…

Last week, Perspectives hosted a portrait party at the Herring Run in Middleboro (featured recently here on the Blog). I photographed 10 adorable little ones and had a great time meeting new cuties and seeing some a familiar faces as well!
Usually when I see Seamus, I get to see his little sister Clara too! This was a special day for Seamus as the party took place on his 3rd birthday! Happy Birthday Seamus!

I haven’t seen Lily since she was just a few months old, I can’t believe how big she’s gotten!

This was Ashley and Kaitlyn’s first party and I was so happy to finally meet them!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan at our Holiday Portrait Party, she was a lot of fun to take pictures of then and even more fun when she had room to run around outside…

Liam is almost a year old and this was his first portrait party as well. He is such a charming little boy and has the best smile!

Neal was our youngest party-goer at 4 weeks old. He slept through the entire shoot, soooo adorable!

James was another first time partier and I could not get over his dimples! He was so happy to play with me and my camera…

Quinn and I go way back to his first portrait party at a few weeks old – and even further as I was the photographer at his parent’s wedding! Love him!

The last session of the day was for Elijah – he’s 9 months old! Elijah is part of my “Baby’s First Year” program so I’ve had the pleasure of photographing him before. He wasn’t quite as happy to see me as he normally is, but we still got some great smiles!

At Ellinor’s 18 month session, we also took pictures of her cousins, Hannah and James and I’ve been dying to share them here!
Here’s a few shots of the three of them together. It’s a lot of fun trying to get a four year old, 2.5 year old and a 1.5 year old all looking at the same place at the same time!

James and Hannah…such sweeties!

Taking a dip in the river…

A few weeks ago, I met with Jessica, her husband Eric and their adorable daughter Gwen for a maternity session. I believe their little one has already arrived so I am looking forward to meeting him or her next week! We had a great time with the session. Gwen is such a little star, she was so much fun in front of the camera. We were also able to get some nice “quiet” maternity moments that are so nice to look back on. These are a few of my favorites…

I love the look on Gwen’s face in this picture, I think this was the one millisecond during our entire shoot that she didn’t have a huge smile on her face

Jessica and Eric (and the baby!)

Love this moment!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting baby Taylor when she was just a few days old! She was very alert and seemed quite interested in me and my camera
Here are a few of my favorites from her session…

Showing her “Red Sox” pride!

I loved the diaper cover that her Mom picked out!!
